If you are going to use internet radio after the GPRS limit is imposed then be certain that you disable GPRS and only use internet radio via WiFi. I have no idea what radio is like via GPRS as I use a car or portable radio

http://www.selectradio.com/ costs £25$+purchase tax (there is a free trial) but it allows connection to a great range of uk+world wide radio stations via wi-fi. Works well. (includes BBC)

http://radio.mundu.com/ works well and is free but has a limited list of radio stations (can't get bbc stuff)
